Babyon team went to Ottawa and participated in the Iraqi Soccer Day sponsored by the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Ottawa, Canada.

The event was attended by many families and six teams played in the day: five from Ottawa and only Babylon from Montreal.
The team names were: Al-Rafedain, Shabab of Iraq, Champions of Iraq, ICPA, Al-Mudhish and Babylon.
The tournament took place on Saturday October 9, 2010 at the SuperDome indoor fields in Ottawa, and lasted about three hours. Each team was composed of 8 players on the field.

The Iraqi Ambassador, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Husaini, was present throughout the whole event. He joined in taking pictures with the teams, distributed the medals to the winning teams, Shabab Al-Iraq and Al-Rafedain. Also, he honored the best player of each team with a pin shaped as the Iraq map.
Babylon, represented by its best player, Murtada Kadhim, presented the team flag to the Ambassador as a souvenir:

At the end of the program, a light meal was served to all attendees.
